โข Handling the whole South Branches for legal recovery processes such as SARFAESI, Arbitration, Section - 138 cases, EP cases, Against Cases of Company, NCLT cases, DRT Matters, filing Civil Suits And Recovery Cases, handling the panel Advocates and meeting with consumers in various locations.

โข Handling products such as OD, LAP, HL, WC, BL, and PL with a total of SARFAESI In Chennai and Bangalore, we filed about 315 Secured Loan cases and 450 Unsecured Loan cases.
โข Following SARFAESI section 14 applications in the CMM, CJM, and DM, obtaining possession orders and executing them across the South, as well as conducting Arbitration and E.P. processes, and holding power over all litigation concerns.
โข Sending the IBC Notice to borrowers/companies who have defaulted after receiving a loan from our bank. As per the Loan Agreement, send Personal Guarantee (PG) Notices to delinquent customers.
