We also provide a safe and healthy environment for artists, healers, public speakers, and influencers to thrive and share their gifts with the community. I am a trained art and nature therapist, and I use art and nature therapy techniques to help people reconnect to nature, creativity, and their true selves; regain life/work balance, learn self-care, and reawaken their inner child. I do this through private one-on-one sessions, either virtual or in person.
