• Oversee the smooth, efficient running of the office
• Preparing promotional materials and displays
• Agreeing service levels, contracts, and costs
• Implement alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business
• Holding meetings to motivate the team to meet their sales targets
• Using knowledge and creativity to help customers find a suitable package holiday or to plan their group or independent travel
• Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation, and transportation
• Liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often a year in advance
• Collect deposits and balances
• Issuing invoices and receipts accordingly when needed • Making bank deposits when needed.
• Informing customers of any changes, such as cancelled flights, and arranging alternatives
• Advise customers about passports, travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, and tours
• Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
• Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc.)
• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
• Filing and scan when needed
• Collect and prepare all visa material needed
• Handling administrative responsibilities
• Responsible for creating PowerPoint slides and making presentations
• Responsible to handle petty cash and keep records of it
• Update Back Office System
• Issuing Reports manual or from Back office system
• Preparing payment request forms
• Request from Finance Department to proceed payments to our suppliers according to deadlines and after payment from customer is completed
• Handling mail, email, phone enquiries and any customers’ complaints
• Proceeding with online check in for customers – even during non-working hours
