As a National Director of Business Development & Strategic Accounts, I work directly with families, professionals, states, government agencies, payors, and our top-quality facilities to identify areas we can help, strategies we can implement together, and processes we can put in place to help families access care. Working with state and funding partners, we determine how to best help during crisis and create patient-specific plans that encourage patient to succeed, allocate appropriate resources, and promote quality outcomes, all while keeping the patient and family forefront in the process. Our two national teams. Children's Behavioral Solutions and Military and Family Support Services help specialty populations access these quality care treatment centers across the country. I also lead the charge for our team to integrate data and human connection. From effectiveness and efficiency metrics to outcome and quality stats, we collect, analyze, report, and integrate data into our processes to ensure patients are getting the services they need. Scorecards and dashboards tell us stories of patients: how they are doing clinically, how we can allocate additional resources to their care, and how we fund that excellence in care. I also manage business development, clinical, and special projects for our national marketing team. It’s my job to get actionable information in front of our team, collaborate with and motivate them to achieve, create programs that make sense for everyone, and support our facilities who are making a difference.
