The school serves a student body of 635 on its 45-acre campus located between Philadelphia and New York City. • Fundraising: Responsible for leading fundraising efforts for capital projects and increasing donation revenue, recruiting key personnel, providing internal training, and conveying a unified institutional message.
• Management: Managed a staff of seven direct reports, with an annual budget responsibility of $625K. Led all aspects of the school’s Advancement, Alumni, Parent Programs, Marketing, and External Relations offices. • New Revenue: Achieved a 106% increase in the total number of donors, a 187% increase in the number of $1,000 donors, and a 410% increase in the amount of annual cash donations.
• Capital Generation: Raised $25.7M over a five-year period for the campus’s Capital Campaign that culminated in a new library addition, dining hall, fitness and athletic center, boathouse, fine arts center, and ecosystem laboratory pond.
• Re-Branding/Re-Positioning: Re-branded the school and successfully re-positioned the way it was perceived within the local and international community. Revamped previous marketing, branding and fundraising processes to eliminate fragmentation, reduce disorganization, and significantly improve efficiency and outcomes.
