- **Scheduling:** Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
- **Training & Development:** Onboard new staff and provide ongoing training to enhance team skills and productivity.
- **Customer Service:** Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- **Inventory Management:** Monitor and control stock levels, order supplies as needed, and conduct regular inventory checks.
- **Safety Compliance:** Ensure that workplace safety procedures are followed and report any hazards or incidents.
- **Quality Control:** Ensure that products and services meet company standards, addressing quality issues as they arise.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Track employee performance and productivity, providing feedback and conducting evaluations.
- **Problem Solving:** Resolve operational issues or conflicts that arise during the shift.
- **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including sales, expenses, and employee attendance.
- **Motivation & Leadership:** Provide guidance and motivation to team members to achieve both individual and collective goals.
- **Guest Reservations:** Assist guests with making reservations through booking platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, and Vrbo.
- **Cancellations & Refunds:** Handle cancellations and process refunds as needed.
- **Stay Modifications:** Manage modifications to guest stays as required.
- **Review Management:** Address reviews left by guests after their departure.
- **Task Management:** Ensure all tasks, such as cleanings and deliveries of packages and parcels, are completed in a timely manner.
