That they are followed and properly adhered too. • Responsible for daily set up and operation as per company standards and event demand • Deal with customer service issues with respect and professionalism • Training new staff members and implemented incentive programs to increase employee morale • Plan and adhere to daily projections to comply with Aramark food management targets. • Maintain records, track labour, track inventory and previous sales reports • Document staff when necessary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement standards. • Daily project coordination with the Toronto Blue Jays and Rogers Centre Security
