With 14 years of experience in diverse HR functions and industries, I am the Head of HR at Red Alpha and Dart. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Human Capital Management from the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI), and I have received the Skills Future Study Award for my continuous learning and development. I manage HR operations generalist functions for multiple countries across Asia, Europe, and North America, and I partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to support the company's expansion and transformation.
