existing premier clients and suggest solutions to increase sales further.
โ Carry out Analysis for market needs for ICT solutions and potential
Clients. Implementation of new projects based on analyzed reports.
โLiaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
โ Monitoring, supervision and follow up of work done by other team members in order to ensure achievement customer needs.
โ Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
โ Meeting individual sales target along with the team targets.
โ Plan marketing and branding objectives, collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the strategic plan on identified opportunities.
โDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
โ Oversee creation and release of press releases, advertising and other marketing materials. Drive direct marketing.
โ Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
โ Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
