They work on a professional national level with high level of knowledge and experience. I was able to benefit from the experience they have by doing this internship in the plant nursery. I learned about the processes of managing the greenhouses of the nursery and follow-up with each order of seedlings from seed sowing until delivery to the clients. I got to assist with the daily management of the processes of seed sowing, grafting, data gathering of germination rates, data entry and record, propagation of seedlings, fertilizing and irrigating. This experience taught me valuable knowledge and added a lot to my skill set. I acquired skills in management, communication, customer service, and assessment skills.

The teams were categorized according to their age group, and I prepared the dances and activities accordingly. Each age group had their own set of dances and activities that suits their needs and their attention span. I also prepared different competitions and performances for the teams throughout the summer camp.
