Really enjoyed this job, but due to a shift in management, when the sales director job became available I presumed it was to cover both the metal work and safety departments, but on the day the sales director started I was told it would just be for the safety side of the business and due to my age I believe they did not offer me the position, yet required me to train the new sales director to do his job, at this point I realised I could not progress higher in this company and the biggest customer (Pro-Tect Safety Signs) were offering me a job, so I took it and relocated from Norfolk to the South West to continue my career.
