Aug. 2013George South Africa- Conceptualise and visualize all project briefs from clients in different industries, this includes web & software projects, e-commerce, corporate branding and other marketing-related projects.
- Visually direct a team of designers, developers and digital marketers according to project outcomes.
- Lead brainstorms and presentations of creative and marketing briefs.
- Work with other disciplines within the agency to ensure cohesive team integration and alignment with broader business/client objectives.
- Consult with clients to obtain a clear understanding of their visual communication and marketing requirements to create marketing strategy plans and write creative briefs for designers. This includes developing appropriate strategies and plans to support business goals and outcomes from the project.
- Develop an overall visual concept that communicates to a target audience and then pitch presentations to sell the βbig ideaβ of the campaign, strategy and overall concept.
- Project manage website, E-commerce and software development projects, from proposal level to launch. This includes managing a team of designers and developers, in-depth user testing and then creating pre and post-launch marketing strategies.
- Implement digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns and tactics for a variety of client industries to drive engagement, sales and website traffic.
- Crafting and guiding the approved user interface designs from concept to completion.
- Produce visual assets for a variety of mediums including websites, social media platforms, print media etc.
- Interpret creative concepts and briefs to create technically correct artwork.
- Create and maintain brand and corporate guidelines.
- Attend meetings with new clients in order to successfully sell the company's services.
