• Support design team towards implementing appropriate strategies and technologies in the design.
• Provide technical information to consultant for LEED documentation preparation, for LEED online document submission.
• Request from subcontractors/producers and analyze materials/equipment specification to compare with LEED requirements and to prepare supporting documentation for LEED credits/prerequisites.
• Monitor field work to ensure that all measures, plans and processes are being followed on site and are in accordance with the requirements of the LEED® rating system.
• Arrange and attend project meetings.
• Explain LEED requirements to the project team and Subcontractors.
• Effectively communicate the LEED requirements and progress to the manager and the team.
