During this transition applied best practice methodology (Managing risk, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution, and reporting). Below were the the key tasks that were performed" 1) Managed expectations between all relevant parities (Philips, Virtusa, other 3rd party.suppliers) 2) Gathered volume metrics, detail business operation and application information such as stakeholder(s), underlying technology stack, hours of support, and other pertinent information required for providing support to the business. 3) Created training documentation including scope documents, mock exercises, process and procedure checklists, and Known Issue/Problem data artifacts. 4) Trained offshore support team and ensured they were capable of supporting Philips Applications.
