WillCo Technologies plans to expand their IASTAR® brand throughout the entire federal government to assure federal departments’ and agencies’ compliance with FISMA. Determine methodologies for the export of military related support equipment and weapons for counter-insurgency, counter-terrorism purposes, including the evaluation of U.S. laws pertaining to these sales including, but not limited to; Arms Control and Disarmament Act of 1961, Foreign Military Sales Act of 1968 and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Develop international security training customized to foreign threats and organize required logistics for effective training deployment in developing nations.

Jul. 2012 - May. 2015Selected by CEO and Board of Directors to lead all revenue growth for ACADEMI with nearly $1 billion in annual revenue. Developed sales pipeline from less than $1.5 billion to over $16 billion with a current pending award base of nearly $1.7 billion. Increased EBIDTA 38% during this growth period.
Led efforts inside ACADEMI, which resulted in the securing of financing totaling $400 million for leveraged buy-out of ACADEMl's largest competitor. ACADEMI win percentage and growth during current fiscal year was cited as a reason for the financing support from several large US lenders.
Developed new capabilities to attract buyers in five new government markets and dozens of commercial customers, resulting in an increased win percentage from less than 25% to over 60% in less than a year. This growth occurred during widespread government market compression.
As a senior member of the ACADEMI C-Suite, led and directed market evaluations and teaming discussions with partners such as Boeing, Hewlett-Packard, Deloitte, Honeywell, lmmarsat, FLIR, United Technologies and many other multi-national corporations. Served as President & CEO of StratCorp Inc. headquartered in Tampa FL, with offices in Washington DC, and Prague CR. StratCorp operated three business lines including:
Information Operations: traditional and new media communication campaigns and open source information gathering.
Media and Technology: the design, implementation and support of new technology solutions to support Information Operations, including application software development.
The Apalach Regional Training Center (ARTIC) facility, 90,000 acres of harsh, unpredictable, ground, airborne & maritime training areas, providing soldiers and law enforcement professionals with real-world training services and training facilities, plus sensor and technology testing and evaluation.
StratCorp performed work in North America, South America, Central America, the Middle East, North Africa, Southeast Asia.
Developed $15.6 Billion pipeline from zero baseline in six months as CEO. Led StratCorp to Defense Contracting Auditing Authority compliant accounting standards. Completed comprehensive reorganization with nearly 90% personnel changeover and salary reductions on average of 28%, while increasing recognized market SME presence as well as a 50% increase in employee graduate degree or higher environment.

Served as program manager for four major intelligence-sharing areas including State and local law enforcement via State and Local Intelligence Fusion Centers, Local Police Department Intelligence Centers, Emergency Operations Centers, Tribal Governments, Private Sector, and Emergency Management. Served as the Executive Agent for the Department of Homeland Security concerning State and Local Fusion Centers, working within the National Intelligence Community to provide intelligence related information exchanges between the National Level Intelligence Community and Local Governments.
As Executive Agent worked with Director National Intelligence to shape federal policy concerning fusion centers implementing recommendations from the White House, Congress and Department to ensure meaningful intelligence exchanges with State and Local first responders. Assisted in the formulation of Public Law 110.53; Implementing the Recommendations of the 9/11 Act. Crafted policy across federal jurisdictions working with the FBI, DOJ, DoD and other Department of Homeland Security operational components to create a common and efficient approach to intelligence sharing. Prior to working at DHS assigned to the Defense Intelligence Agency providing performance and strategic management support. Led DIA FE proposal team in project development, providing key domain expertise considered critical to the awarding of the contract. Led and completed an Organizational Change Team initiative at the National Geospatial-lntelligence Agency (NGA) working with NGA and Booz Allen staff to determine effective work force planning programs designed in response to NGA's 2004 Work Force Climate survey. Work on this project was recognized by Booz Allen Hamilton Chairman Ralph Schrader through the firm's "Absolute Personal Best Award" in January 2005.

Metro AreaJoint Chiefs of Staff Intelligence National Intelligence Support Team - Team leader for the National Intelligence Support Team (NIST) deployed to Baghdad, Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Assigned to DIA under the Joints Chiefs of Staff J2 Crisis Operations Directorate was responsible for providing national level intelligence and crisis operations support to the Office of Reconstruction and Humanitarian Assistance (ORHA) under Lt. Gen Jay Garner USA (ret) and the Coalition Provisional Authority under Ambassador L. Paul Bremer.
Participated in complex tasks ranging from weapons exploitation, counter-intelligence and counter-terrorism support to providing high-side secure Video Teleconferencing (VTC) between Amb. Bremer and the President of the United States (POTUS). Facilitated and present for all VTCs involving the Ambassador and world leaders such as POTUS, Tony Blair, and the National Security Council.
Investigated aspects of the Michael Scott Speicher case, which concerned a downed
U.S. Navy Pilot from the January 1991 bombing raids in Iraq. Developed several HUMINT resources still used in Iraq at the present time. While the team was deployed established a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) allowing the most sensitive information to be passed from the Coalition to various agencies and governments.
Led Intelligence and Communication team in Support of Operation Angry Scorpion the WMD Search At Haditha Dam, Iraq. Supported Seal Team Four and DIA MASINT Experts in extensive underwater WMD search over the entirety of the Haditha Dam Reservoir, Fall 2003.
Involved in numerous classified DIA, CIA and military operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) requiring discussion in secured facilities.
