Served as President & CEO of StratCorp Inc. headquartered in Tampa FL, with offices in Washington DC, and Prague CR. StratCorp operated three business lines including:
Information Operations: traditional and new media communication campaigns and open source information gathering.
Media and Technology: the design, implementation and support of new technology solutions to support Information Operations, including application software development.
The Apalach Regional Training Center (ARTIC) facility, 90,000 acres of harsh, unpredictable, ground, airborne & maritime training areas, providing soldiers and law enforcement professionals with real-world training services and training facilities, plus sensor and technology testing and evaluation.
StratCorp performed work in North America, South America, Central America, the Middle East, North Africa, Southeast Asia.
Developed $15.6 Billion pipeline from zero baseline in six months as CEO. Led StratCorp to Defense Contracting Auditing Authority compliant accounting standards. Completed comprehensive reorganization with nearly 90% personnel changeover and salary reductions on average of 28%, while increasing recognized market SME presence as well as a 50% increase in employee graduate degree or higher environment.
Accomplished cost of goods sold reductions nearing 40%, while providing service offering improvements.
Reported to ownership and outside Board of Directors results and characteristics of business operations. Responsible for the maintenance of a Top-Secret Facility Clearance, as well as the protection of all proprietary capabilities and products. Served as liaison to foreign ownership group and maintained ties to local and national Government leaders. Created partnerships for product lines focusing on funded National Security related work.
