I’m a Tier 2 IT Service Desk Analyst with a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Al Ain University, where I graduated with a 3.69 CGPA. In my current role, I handle technical support requests, collaborate with teams across the organization, and contribute to internal documentation and training resources. Previously, I interned as a Software Engineer at GAGC, where I worked with Python and machine learning applications. I also have experience in customer service from my time at Apple, and I’ve taken on promotional and event roles with organizations like the Special Olympics, Nestlé, and Royal Dutch Shell. I’m skilled in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, ServiceNow, and the Microsoft Office. I’m fluent in both Arabic and English and hold an ITIL Foundation V4 and a ServiceNow Admin certificate. I’m passionate about solving problems, working with others, and continuously growing in the tech field.
