I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in various industries and startups, and having completed an MBA and a coaching program. I joined UAB Rietavo veterinarinė sanitarija in 2020 when it was under insolvency procedure and together with a new team, we succeeded to navigate all the legal, financial, and operational challenges and get the company back on track. We implemented a restructuring plan, improved the production efficiency and quality, secured new contracts and partnerships, and increased the market share and profitability. I am proud of the results we have achieved and the positive impact we have made on the environment and the society.
