Development of a new trigger based marketing programme for Sainsbury’s Finance, which included: - Analysis of existing trigger performance - Audit of existing contact strategy and creative materials - Development of new potential trigger territories involving analysing customer spend in J Sainsbury’s using the Nectar data - Development of new trigger strategy, testing matrix, creative and offer testing 3. Responsibility for the agency’s research function (Walk a Mile) in conjunction with the agency founding partners, including management of existing staff and the recruitment of a researcher to support the business plan. 4. Introduced a retail measurement/evaluation methodology for Sony UK to measure and understand the impact of communication on retail sales amongst owned Sony stores and retail partners. - Including a research methodology using a panel of consumers to feed information (anonymously) to the agency for evaluating communication effectiveness
