I started with the company in the stores as a manager and found myself adjusting to many roles as the company grew to a nation wide retailer. I ultimately found my niche in media production as I was instrumental in developing visual content for the Learning and Development Department, Communications, and Marketing Department. My role consisted of creative project management where I took creative content through the ideation phase to production. We created video content and photography to serve many of the business needs of the company. I worked and formed many teams to accomplish these goals.
