This included several months of $200K+ revenue. We did this through leveraging high ticket offers with a scalable sales model and a tightly run back office. Through strong use of systems internally with tight strategic focus, we avoided the classic pitfalls of small businesses. Holding a clear direction to long term goals, as well as looking at details and make sure we are going in the right direction kept us running a tight ship.
