Oct. 2014 - Mar. 2016Belgrade, SerbiaDefined the project pipeline of the City of Belgrade, including both small and large-scale infrastructure projects totaling approximately €1 billion. Prepared promotional material and the Belgrade Investor Guide in various languages. Held workshops and presentations on the investment potentials worldwide. Organized investor conference ‘Belgrade Investment Days’ with more than 300 delegates from 20 countries, resulting in signed and realized business deals in excess of $20 million. Provided financial expertise and analysis for the reconstruction of the public sector of the City of Belgrade resulting in the increment of the cumulative sector profitability of €105 million. Envisaged the project for improvement of overall energy efficiency in Belgrade, by releasing up to 1,000 MW of installed capacity of the district heating system via the city-wide façade refurbishment. The goal is to decrease the average heat consumption to 75 KW/h per square meter and to reduce the CO2 emissions by 600,000 tons annually. Key responsibilities included project structuring and organization of financing schemes for large-scale infrastructure developments, investor relations, initiation and management of projects of Public Utility Companies, organization and role division among the relevant team members, coordination among the City Secretariats, PUC Managements, the Mayor’s Office and the relevant Government Bodies and Institutions.
