In 2023, I transitioned from the corporate world to full-time cycling and coaching, working with Women Moving Forward by UAE Team ADQ and launching RidewithNaj after earning my UESCA Cycling Coach Certification. I previously spent 15 years in the Telco industry, primarily at Ericsson, where I successfully led teams and managed large-scale projects, honing skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. In 2024, I joined UAE Team ADQ as the community leader for Women Moving Forward Dubai, my role underscores my commitment to fostering inclusive communities and driving positive change, aligning with goals of social impact and corporate responsibility.
