More than twenty-five (25) years relevant IT field experience, with fifteen (15) years solid Corporate IT Management stint. She started her IT profession as Systems Analyst in the mid 1990’s. Fast forward 2005, she was Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in a Technology Powerhouse Global Company with business units in Power Generation, Industrial Automation, Medical Systems, IT Business Services and Enterprise Communications Industries. She led a highly-competent Regional IT organization covering 8 Asian Countries, specializing in IT Strategy, IT Security, Compliance, Risk management and IT Governance for 7 years. Before joining TIM in 2019, she was able to put up her own Corporation with business focus on Online Advertising and Marketing in 2013. During her stint as CIO, she handled IT Shared Services for a multi-national Company with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) including IT Managed Services. She handled ground-work from Business Development, IT Service Management and Delivery, to Support and Implementation Services. In the course of her career, she accumulated 10 Years IT Project Management and IT Consulting roles in complex ERP, HRIS and other Applications, also handled company-wide Projects like Mergers and Acquisitions, Compliance, IT Audit, and Risk Management. A certified PMP and completed Applied Project Management Program at Ateneo Graduate School of Business and International Project Management Institute, an SAP R/3 FI/CO Functional Consultant, a Certified Industrial Engineer, ITIL-certified for IT Governance & Service Management; She also completed post-graduate units in Executive MBA from Asian Institute of Management (Makati Campus). Joined TIM in July 2019 and is currently holding the post as SAVP & Managed Services/ Technical Operations, Customer Experience Group – Head, which includes Executive leadership role for Service Delivery and Operations of the Managed SOC/NOC, Managed Infrastructure Services Business of TIM.
