We are a triple bottom line company: Planet, People, Profit. Our main focus is to leverage the fiber industry that is present in Europe. We want to use as many locally grown and sustainable materials as possible. Our suppliers are from Holland, Romania, Hungary, Moldova, The Czech Republic, and of course Poland. Recently we have been implementing and studying natural dye methods. We were very disappointed with the discoveries that we made while researching "Global Organic Textile Standard" (GOTS) dyes and challenged ourselves to continue to be non-synthetic and plant-based. Our people who work with us are our most valued asset. Our customers understand that if we cannot make a product and provide a living wage to our employees then they will have to find another designer and production company. We make no apologies for this and will not compromise our integrity.

United States Air ForceMaintenance Flight Training Manager

Jul. 2004 - Nov. 2007Trained and managed team of 150 people working 24/7 shifts * Implemented report accountability program to take an average of 45 late monthly reports to Zero within 60 days. * Developed classroom training to reduce recurring training from a 1-2yr long online training process to teach everything required by the Air Force during a 5 day classroom setting. * Headed Six Sigma LEAN process for Scheduled Maintenance reducing an 18-24 day process to an average of 14 days saving the Air Force 700,000 man hours annually * Managed $300,000 budget to upgrade C-5 Galaxy maintenance tail-stand to above OSHA standards.
