As a senior member of the Helpdesk team, we work with our clients to provide quotes for medically underwritten travel policies. Customer Service Advisor for the Help Desk team at Orion Travel Insurance Company (a subsidiary of CAA Club Group of Companies);
Provide superior customer service in a call-centre environment;
Assist Travel Agents, Member Service Consultants and partners, from all over Canada, with all inquiries regarding policy wording interpretation, practices and procedures, medical questionnaires and requests for cancellations, extensions and/or exceptions;
Solve and/or escalate any Agent, Consultant or client issues, including technical, financial and user difficulties; Work closely with the Orion Business Consultants team regarding product inquiries and processes, and user-experience questions and concerns;
Handle and process Individual Medical Underwriting (IMU) quotes and policies for internal and external clients seeking qualification for emergency medical insurance;
Conduct scripted medical interviews with clients to approve and process Individual Medical Underwriting plan coverage.
