• Manage the division’s project portfolio and built a company-wide dashboard to increase communication and provide a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all efforts.
• Working with senior leadership, serve as the primary source of cross-functional documentation, process, and metrics for the division’s development and delivery practices.
• Lead the team that drives end-to-end project management providing clear guidance and servant leadership.
