• Organize returns and exchanges from customers – provide RA numbers, enter information, contact shipping, inform
warehouse and accounts receivable
• Help with Product Selection
• Create and maintain a sales tracking logs
• Help prepare presentations, catalogues, decks, samples, planograms, recaps, samples, prices
• Look up items, inventory, sales orders and invoices in Navision
• Enter orders
• Follow up with the warehouse, provide tracking information to customers for sales order status
• Retrieve product information from catalogues (features, content, etc), provide product weights and measurements, as well
as gather images, as well as father images
• Prepare and ship out packages to customers
• Produce NPDFs, CPRFs APs, and create items in Navision
• Update and maintain complete listing information of products
• Make sales calls
• Create and maintain tech/spec sheets
• Conduct market research
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure that product development and prices are aligned
• Follow procedures and organize kickoff meetings
• Prepare logistics for Trade Shows
• Follow up with potential customers and interested parties after Trade Shows
• Collect all import documentation from overseas suppliers and enter into ERP system • Greet visitors at the reception
• Receiving and transferring calls
• General administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying documents, data entry
• Replying to general information requests with the accurate information
