The spectrum of services and program models that I was leading included nursing homes, school clinics, corrections, clinics, ER’s, trauma, stroke, primary care, child advocacy, remote patient monitoring and continuing education. This required me to work directly with stakeholders to ensure legislation and policy continues to improve for the citizens of Georgia through the reimbursement for virtual care. I located, wrote, administered grants and resource develop for multiple state, national, and international partnerships that included 200 physicians, 400 partners and 500 locations representing over 40 specialists. I expanded clinical utilization to over 130,000 consultations and lowering healthcare cost for individuals, communities and providers by providing access to healthcare via virtual care and digital health. It was my job to develop, maintain and implement IT solutions for interoperability, mobility, cost efficiency, inventory, utilization, analytics, credentialing, health information exchange and scheduling. This provided me with the opportunity to establish a global virtual care mission with scalable solutions to serve patients both foreign and domestic through market-based management and integrated system of care strategies.
