Support an international invoice and billing process to accurately bill the Legal Entity for all equipment staged and shipped from the US to international countries. Assisting the staging centers in troubleshooting and resolving hardware failures, configuration and IOS problems, missing or corrupt data, shipping errors, and expedites. Day-to-day seed stock level maintenance for managed services. Inventory management activities by raising bulk POs to various hardware suppliers (Juniper, Cisco, Bay-Tech, Aruba) order tracking, resolving of related issues Interaction in overall with Project Implementation Management, System Engineers, carriers and AT&T brokers , Procurement and Vendor teams, and local in-country vendors and staging teams in Latin America and Asia Pacific regions, Europe Union, and the Middle East. Creating various reports per requirement from the upper management and for the reporting needs of the team.
