B. Development and implementation of internet marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness to improve customer satisfaction. C. Utilize website traffic monitoring/auditing tools to determine user/customer traffic flow through various aspects of the company's website. D. Interpretation and providing reports to sales staff and company management as to user trends and tendencies when visiting the website. E. Development of measurement strategy by aligning metrics to overall business objectives across entities. F. Set strategies and create services that provide marketing analytics that help drive decision making in support of the company’s digital marketing initiatives. G. Liaison with internal marketers, Business Intelligence SME’s, web build teams, digital agencies and other IT partners. H. Provide data-driven insights that result in specific action plans. I. Research new marketing technologies and solutions and propose business cases to support implementation as new or improved analytics services. J. Identification of required data and data capture mechanisms (e.g. Reg forms, transactional data, 3rd party data, web traffic data, online survey data). Due to my experience in Scrum i was asked to hold a secondary temporary position as Scrum Master between January - March 2018. As Scrum Master of the Thermal Imaging Initiative we developed the new online proposition for the Thermography Camera's.
