Training curriculum development and administration to team of 10 recruiters, most with zero recruiting experience. - Created and administered the first ever recruiter training program. Helped build a team of 10 recruiters and trained them to follow established process and procedures, as well as basic sales 101 tactics and principles as it relates to recruiting. - Became the “go to” subject matter expert for the recruiting team, assisting new and tenured recruiters with screening criteria, pre-employment testing and assessment interpretation, candidate selection, salary negotiations, candidate offer closing, employee relations, and crisis intervention and de-escalation, as well as employee retention. - Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, retention, and source of hire.
- Create and build reports on daily and monthly hiring plans. - Created and maintained a team KPI reporting process and tool for the USA based Global Head of HR and Talent Acquisition. - Publish job ads in various portals. Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles.
- Follow up on candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
- Handle the recruitment process for more than 5 vacancies at one time, all with aggressive deadlines. Developed relationships with various hiring managers to ensure long term success with the hired employees. Worked extensively with the hiring managers to develop candidate profile, job descriptions, helped them develop their own interviewing skills, and assisted them in making final decisions.
