Sep. 2019 - Mar. 2021Dubai, United Arab Emirates- Fostering and participating in the development and implementation of strategic plans. - Assist senior management team, demonstrating the highest standard of client and influencer care at all times. - Conducting research and compiling information regarding existing and prospective clients, competitor activity, and industry or market trends to aid in the development of marketing plans, presentations and proposals. - Coordinating and participating in recruitment activities and initiatives - domestic and international. - Development of public relations and social media initiatives. - Managing third-party sponsorship agreements, including research, advice, invoicing, and collateral material provision. - Reporting on campaign deliverables. - Coordinating events and sponsorships, including budgeting and tracking associated costs; creating and mailing invitations; overseeing internal / external advertising; developing presentations, seminar materials and handouts; working or attending the event; measuring return on investment; and ensuring participant follow up. - Develop and evolve the organic content strategy for current social media channels, as well as identify new emerging platform opportunities. Analyze and report content performance for each channel. - Design and create marketing campaign graphics and track marketing metrics.
