♦ Launched client experience focus across development team, aligning with Signature program with top 50 IBM Netezza clients. ♦ Devised social outreach for newly acquired accounts for ease of induction to Netezza Community and related technology best practices, using social outreach via online forum, wiki, and quarterly calls for these clients. ♦ Improved release cycles and cut customer escalations across board.
♦ Designed and delivered two large scale, cultural and agile transformations for Netezza and Informix WW teams. Instituted best practices like Client centric mind-set and lab advocacy, test automation, root cause analysis, and anonymized client workload induction to further strengthen the product quality leading to maximizing our bandwidth for engineering resources. ♦ Took the team from quarterly release cycle to bi-weekly releases, cutting release cycle time and customer escalations by 33%.
♦ Spearheaded Netezza client experience program, a Signature Program for top 25% Big Data, resulting in 95% revenue growth.
