Development of HR Strategy customized to México integrating BMW Group processes and standards to local framework. Development of HR Process landscape on Marketing and Recruiting, HR Planning and steering, HR Management, Labor Relations, Training and education, HR Services and Heath, Safety and Food services. Result: Launch of HR function for BMW Group San Luis Potosí PLant , implementation of BMW branding and Marketing in the region since 2015 positioning the Company as #1 most attractive employer in the market. Staffing all positions to the launch of operations according to plan: more than 2,000 employees hired (unionized as non unionized associates), launch of Training and Qualification programs , Vocational Dual program included developing cooperation agreements with technical schools and Universities. Implementation of HR process, policies and procedures , Compensation and Benefits system. introduction of Union strategy to the Plant achieving 4 succesful union negotiations maintaining a healthy labor environment to support the Launch of the operations and strong collaboration with Union leaders and Committee.Development and implementation of Engagement / Retention strategy , Leadership programs and employee events integrating multicultural approach.
