I have a degree in Architecture and Urbanism with 15 years of experience in developing executive architectural and interior design projects — including residential, commercial, and industrial works. My role also extends to full construction management, from planning to execution, including budgeting, material procurement, and on-site supervision. To complement my academic background, I hold postgraduate degrees in Real Estate Development in Civil Construction and Construction Industrialization. I have also completed a Property Regularization course, which expands my expertise in the legal and documentation stages of architectural projects. I am trained in key industry tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 2020Design, and Modular Architecture, and have additional training in sales and customer service. I currently serve as co-owner of Spazio Casa Design and KM Arquitetura e Interiores, and have relevant experience at companies such as Prosago Projetos Civis, Gribel Imóveis, and Marcato, working in project development, sales, and real estate consultancy. Communicative, proactive, and dynamic, I stand out by combining technical expertise, creativity, and business vision. I always strive for excellence in client service and in delivering complete, functional, and personalized design solutions.
