Assisted both the VP and President with professional and personal tasks, performed logistical work, estimates, procurement, site visits, accounting, administration, project and event coordinator responsibilities, recruiting, entertaining clients, events and projects with intricate details involving heavy construction equipment, freight forwarding and multiple vendors for each project. Worked in QBs, Outlook, Word, Excel & online portals on a daily basis. Managed contractors for both owner’s homes. Performed a complete administrative reorganization of their office records and systems and integrated higher technology standards to make the company become more efficient, resulting in increased revenue & decreased expenses adding to the bottom line. Trusted with personal and company data to include all financial, human re-source and legal information. I worked closely with the company Bookkeeper, CFO and high profile clients and handled the AR, AP as well as the office. Performed Human Resource duties of recruiting, maintaining records, termination, attorney correspondence and severance agreements. I was the front line representative to deal with all vendors, clients, and to negotiate pricing on behalf of the company for all service contracts. The Founder always referred to me as, “Kim Possible, his left and right hand.” I worked as a full-time employee from April 2005-January 2015. In 2016, I returned as an independent contractor to perform similar duties, yet 100% virtual with a 25% travel incentive (3-4 times per year to the State of Hawaii).
