I focused on delivering new features, optimizing existing functionality, to improve the overall user experience. I played a hands-on role in Scrum ceremonies, QA resource planning, backlog grooming, and daily scrum meetings—helping to drive continuous improvement across projects. I regularly created and maintained User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, detailed Business Requirement Specifications to ensure clear, actionable requirements aligned with delivery goals and employee development. One of my key strengths is integration expertise—I led and supported complex setups with interfaces like TruStage, Equifax (TheWorkNumber), TransUnion (TruValidate), iQQ, DNA, XP2, Symitar, Optis, Carleton Calculator, DocuSign, and more. I helped certify and test new standards across Security, Splunk, SSO, and launched the first "Out of the Box" loan solution, streamlining configuration for Products, Rules, and Underwriting. In addition to development and QA, I acted as Tier 3 support, resolving client issues and guiding client teams through UAT, system enhancements, document imports, and third-party setups. I also led sales demos to showcase new Loan Director enhancements, supporting both new and existing client engagements. My role blended deep product knowledge, cross-team collaboration, client/vendor communication, and a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
