Successfully deployed throughout Europe, North America, and Asia and currently working on South America across a heterogenous SAP landscape with five (5) major instances. Efforts have been highlighted by a well-adopted change to process and procedure with no business interruption. - Orchestrated designs that impacted over 2,000 users worldwide with processes touching all major lines of the business

Processed approximately 20,000 invoices per month via SAP and Enverus OpenInvoice with less than a 1% error rate and over 97% on-time payment. This included full P2P with PO, WBS/AFE, and GR/SE integration.
• MASTER DATA EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS: This integration required synchronizing master data for vendor master data, chart of accounts, material master data, and service master data across 7 company codes. SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Successfully integrated Enverus Openinvoice with SAP using a Biztalk integration
- The team registered over 800 suppliers and implemented over 500 contracts within SAP producing rate validation for more than 70% of all onshore spend
- Setup monitoring system and process to monitor transaction performance and reduce the error rate to under 1%

• HDBS PERFORMANCE DATABASE 2.0 – Completed a major redesign and implementation of a performance database for HDBS which provided bit performance data for both HDBS and competitor bits across the world. • ADAPTIVE SAP ARCHITECTURE PHASE 2 & 3 – Partnered with the infrastructure team to implement a complete re-architecture of the SAP environment in Toronto to improve overall performance and provide greater fail-over capability and increase overall capacity allowing for future growth.
• US PRINT OPTIMIZATION – Completed the deployment of Xerox print and multi-function devices to all Halliburton facilities in the United States totaling 2,200 devices. This initiative standardized devices and turned the management of these devices over to Xerox reducing the overall cost of ownership and increasing device uptime.

Oct. 2009 - Feb. 2011• EPMS: Led and oversaw BP team and worked with EPC contracting firms to integrate procure-to-pay solution which allowed EPC firms to procure on BP’s behalf using any in-house procurement software also allowed BP to process the PO, goods receipt, invoices, and all material tracking to process through SAP by utilizing Quadrem as a supplier market place. This allowed the Gulf of Mexico to track commitment for over $1B in spend.
• ELECTRONIC INVOICING SOLUTION: Worked in conjunction with business leaders in North America Gas, Canada, Alaska, and the Gulf of Mexico to define and implement a non-PO-based electronic invoicing solution taking advantage of BP’s market place solution, Quadrem. This solution handled over 3,000 invoices per month. • MASTER DATA EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS: Required publishing master data to partner companies selectively which included material master data, vendor master data, and service master data. SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Aligned testing, development process, and cycles between BP and Quadrem to deliver better on-time delivery of projects
- Helped Gulf of Mexico E&P to define document management needs and provided a solution for utilizing MOSS 2010 to store all procurement and work management-related documents to be shared across systems.

Mar. 2008 - Nov. 2009• PROCURE TO PAY – RESONANCE: Implemented a procure-to-pay solution that tied EMPAC and Oracle together using Resonance to handle the full P2P lifecycle. Engaged top 250 suppliers to switch to electronic invoicing and standardized payment terms across suppliers. Spearheaded a training program for EPCO associates and outside vendors.
• MOBILE SOLUTIONS: Implemented a mobile solution allowing field technicians to remotely access EMPAC for DOT inspections, work orders, and work requests which affected 2,000 users and were coordinated with a company-wide internal initiative to standardize operations processes and procedures. Partnered with operations to standardize DOT inspection forms across all regions. Field technician wrench time was increased by 15%.
• INTERNAL SOX REPORTING TOOL: Worked with risk control, internal audit, data security, and application groups to develop a custom-designed solution to report on user access across all SOX applications quarterly. This interactive report allowed business application owners and supervisors the ability to review and approve all user access.
• START – SOX TRACKING & REPORTING TOOL: Designed a custom tool for risk control and internal audit to document all key SOX processes. Provided a single point of reference for all SOX documentation and reporting. SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:
