This initiative standardized devices and turned the management of these devices over to Xerox reducing the overall cost of ownership and increasing device uptime.

This allowed the Gulf of Mexico to track commitment for over $1B in spend. • ELECTRONIC INVOICING SOLUTION: Worked in conjunction with business leaders in North America Gas, Canada, Alaska, and the Gulf of Mexico to define and implement a non-PO-based electronic invoicing solution taking advantage of BP’s market place solution, Quadrem. This solution handled over 3,000 invoices per month. • MASTER DATA EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS: Required publishing master data to partner companies selectively which included material master data, vendor master data, and service master data. SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS: - Aligned testing, development process, and cycles between BP and Quadrem to deliver better on-time delivery of projects - Helped Gulf of Mexico E&P to define document management needs and provided a solution for utilizing MOSS 2010 to store all procurement and work management-related documents to be shared across systems.
