Oct. 2009 - Feb. 2011• EPMS: Led and oversaw BP team and worked with EPC contracting firms to integrate procure-to-pay solution which allowed EPC firms to procure on BP’s behalf using any in-house procurement software also allowed BP to process the PO, goods receipt, invoices, and all material tracking to process through SAP by utilizing Quadrem as a supplier market place. This allowed the Gulf of Mexico to track commitment for over $1B in spend.
• ELECTRONIC INVOICING SOLUTION: Worked in conjunction with business leaders in North America Gas, Canada, Alaska, and the Gulf of Mexico to define and implement a non-PO-based electronic invoicing solution taking advantage of BP’s market place solution, Quadrem. This solution handled over 3,000 invoices per month. • MASTER DATA EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS: Required publishing master data to partner companies selectively which included material master data, vendor master data, and service master data. SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Aligned testing, development process, and cycles between BP and Quadrem to deliver better on-time delivery of projects
- Helped Gulf of Mexico E&P to define document management needs and provided a solution for utilizing MOSS 2010 to store all procurement and work management-related documents to be shared across systems.
