• Maintain/review/update Maximo modules such as Item Master inventory, Locations, People, Classifications , POs, Crew. Creating new records or via loaders.

• Other accounts: AHW, Equifax, Bell, TD Bank, BLC.
• Provide functional Maximo training to global teams joining new accounts using Maximo.

distribute accordingly the workflow to the rest of the team.
Perform quarterly variances reports, Analyze reports, financial database maintenance. Submit Maximo rights requests with UAT tool and Maximo itself.
Perform loaders for mass adds/update and submit via IPC Infrastructure.
As Jazz (the most complex role within the team) member of the team, the responsibilities involves to deal and resolve any issue the accounts and the team members present and manage special projects to improve the flow of each account. Also includes Escalations.
