Completed iconic New York City core and shell development projects at 100 Park Avenue, 1095 Avenue of the Americas (now 3 Bryant Park) and 1211 Avenue of the Americas, over $400M in construction costs. Led the development of 860 Washington St, including BSA height variance approval due to relationship with the High Line. Supported multiple teams in the simultaneous day-to-day management of real estate development, corporate consolidations, and other operation critical projects. Contributed leadership and professional expertise to grow the company from <20 to >100 in less than 5 years.
