Built and led the Global Private Client Division from the ground up, focused on the holistic GTM strategy & execution for the Digital Marketplace, and led the Customer Transformation Programme across the FARFETCH Group. - Direct leadership of Sales, Marketing, Client Development, Operations, Commercial and Fashion Concierge central functions, growing division from 30 employees to 400+ across 29 cities, growing turnover to $985M by year end 2021 for my division - Conduct analysis to understand opportunity across markets and develop a globally scalable sales model - Ensure the right tools, technology, processes and practices are in place for a seamless customer experience for VIP customers, with carefully curated offline and online touch points at all stages of the customer journey - Partnered with Country MD's to support in-country Private Client needs in North America, LATAM, China, APAC and the Middle East - Led the vision, strategy and GTM launches of Pre-Order and Live Shopping for the FARFETCH Platform and marketplace
