- Creating and implementing development projects (recruitment, training, specialization development programs)
- Revision of existing sales processes, correction of existing ones, as well as design and implementation of new processes
- Co-creation (design) and implementation of modern tools supporting sales and logistics (ERP, CRM,
B2B platform, automated intelligent storage system)
- Active participation in analytical activities such as business intelligence and data collection
(participation in design and implementation of the PowerBI system)
- Creating modern marketing communication in close cooperation with the Marketing Department
- Restructuring of the Sales Department
- construction of a new structure
- Increase in the B2B platform's share in the total sales volume of the Company 5 times in less than 18 months
- Continuous, stable increase in sales and margin of the subordinate department - Improving team performance
- Comprehensive design and implementation of new brands (own brands)
- Cooperation with the Logistics & Purchasing Department as well as Production Department
- Direct cooperation and trade negotiations with international producers and suppliers.
