Altaclub.VC is looking for a Venture Academy Tutor Altaclub.VC is a fast-growing international community for private investors adjoining to investments of AltaIR Capital, famous venture firm with 3 funds and more than $400mln under management. We make possible low-check investments with high multiples using terms equal to AltaIR. Altaclub is about to open its own Venture Academy for both new and current members, teaching various knowledges and skills lowering venture investments risks. The Academy will be based on facilities of SORP Business School (sorp.ae) placed in Dubai dynamically combining online and offline teaching methods under license and authority of KHDA. As a key step we are looking to hire a Senior Tutor to lead the teaching process. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for spreading new knowledges and keen interest in VC **Responsibilities:** Design of Syllabus using particular startup cases in collaboration with AltaIR Capital and Altaclub Developing and distributing teaching materials to supplement classroom lessons, including study guides and Conducting practice tests to track progress, identify areas of improvement and help set goals for exam preparation Reviewing classroom or curricula topics and assignments Teaching skills to improve academic performance, including study strategies, note-taking skills and approaches to answering test questions Involving best-of-industry speakers using AltaIR Capital network Providing students positive and constructive feedback **Candidate Profile:** - Freely speaks both English and Russian - High degree in similar areas of knowledge is an advantage - Attention to detail, pro-active and self-motivated - An ability to build and maintain good relationships with people - Strong written and verbal communication skills - High level of energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to success Basic location is Dubai, UAE, but remote teaching is one of the key to success.
