Mar. 2016 - May. 2017Lisbon Area, PortugalProject: SAPP, Vodafone Uk Business portal revamp for the new WebSimplicity2, Lisbon Role: Visual designer - As Visual Designer, I was responsible for re-designing all components and pages accordingly the new design norms from Vodafone Group. - Responsible for organizing and managing the show & tell meetings with the client. - Responsible for generating guide documentations as the Before & After to use as a support document for the show & tell meetings in order to update the client about the new visual, new features and functionalities, Visual Design guide and Asset guide documents to use as support for both dev team and test team. - Identify improvements or Ux enhancements for next releases. - Identify lacks between visual designs and production environment. Project: Equinox, Vodafone Ireland portal revamp for the new WebSimplicity2, Lisbon Role: Interaction and visual designer - For this project, my team was responsible for creating the wireframes for all portal pages. - Design Desktop and mobile high-fidelity mockups. - Once the current website isn’t mobile first I was responsible for creating solutions in mobile for all the components. - My team was the communication bridge between FE team and functional analysis team. Project: DLM, Vodafone.co.uk migration to WCS, Newbury, and Lisbon Role: Ux Analyst - As UX Designer and Analyst for this project, my role was ensuring that all pages and components were migrated correctly (functionally and visually). - Identification of all screens, and the number of templates needed for its creation in WCS. - Identification of all components and its functionality. - Creation of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria documents to support dev. and test teams - Creation of support documentation for the testing team such as video recordings and asset guides documents. - Creation of Visual Analysis documents and design recommendations to support the client’s content creation team. - Show & tell meetings with the client/business.

Role specification: - Identify company’s problems or issues and how that reflects negatively on the business growing. - Look and feel of the previous versions of the platform - mockups, wireframes, visual design and user workflow design. - Creation of Personas that were used later in usability tests with real-case users. User tests were recorded with Camtasia and analyzed in order to create improvements in the design and functionalities of the platform. - As UX I had the responsibility to organize and preparing different exercises both with the team or with users/not users in order to debate certain features of the product and functionalities. These meetings had different formats: brainstormings; card-sorting, show and tell, A/B testing etc. - Responsible for creating different solutions for each feature, organizing objectives, priorities or main goals in order to find the best experience users expect to have. - Planning and rapid prototyping of wireframes / mockups. - Definition of the workflow and design of each page with which users interact. - Continue monitoring and testing of the platform development, identifying new issues or UX enhancements. - Creation of social content and communications for social accounts. - Graphic designs for printables. - Direct contact with customers, suppliers, and guests to ensure the quality of the product. - Make sure every team member is happy.
