- Proactively identify issues and ensure the HC Ops team is ensure a service delivery directly or indirectly through the relevant channel - Provide the business conscience into HC to ensure interventions align, support and help to deliver business strategy
- Oversee and be accountable for the execution of People initiatives, policies, process, solutions, tools and frameworks through HC Operations
- Provide guidance, coaching, empowerment and development opportunities for the HC Operations team
- Comfortable in a complex and challenging environment and able to move effortlessly between strategic topics, data and analytical activities, and day-to-day HC activities.
- Work with the People Partner, Talent & Development team, and Diversity & Inclusion team to drive and influence the BU in line with the firm wide talent management strategy, embed the focus of mobility and diversity as key aspects of the talent management agenda - Act as a trusted advisor in career progression and people related matters as well as act as main point of contact for any performance related activities to ensure consistency and alignment
- Conduct training sessions to both, appraisers and appraisees to ensure transparency of the process and high-quality assessment write ups
- Manage and lead Director Panels - entire project start to end - communication, liaising with partners, nominees, panelists and reporting to People Leadership Team (PLT)
