• Engagement with Financial Authorities: I designed white papers tailored for entities such as the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), European Commission, and National Competent Authorities. • Industry Advocacy: My role extended to serving as a chair at the European Payment Institution Federation (EPIF) Payment regulation task force where I led the development of the association position on upcoming laws and policies.
• EMVCo: I championed American Express' representation actively engaging with members and the board of advisors.
• PISA Framework: I orchestrated the PISA framework and led quarterly reviews with the European Central Bank (ECB) and representatives from national central banks.

• Industry Engagement: I took a leadership role in industry associations in Brussels and the UK, orchestrating industry engagement efforts.
• Industry Workshops: I developed and delivered informative workshops and presentations, actively engaging with over 200 industry members during regulatory events.
• Advocacy Papers: I coordinated the creation of advocacy papers aligned with the objectives of EPIF (European Payment Institutions Federation), resulting in engagements with lawmakers, particularly on PSD2 and strong customer authentication.
• Advocacy: I spearheaded advocacy efforts on multiple critical regulatory dossiers collaborating closely with industry trade associations. These efforts achieved significant improvements in regulatory requirements and streamlined timelines.
