Nov. 2021 - Jul. 2023Gran Santiago, Región Metropolitana de Santiago, ChileIn charge of management processes, produtivity, continuous improvement, Operations and Strategical projects, based on International Cargo Terminal of Chile and air/ground operations of Fedex Uruguay. • Engineering analysis in terms of productivity, operational benefits, costs and revenue. • Assessments/Justification of operative resources and equipments assuring a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) • Development of productivity reports and KPIs at executive level for Managers and Managing Directors. • Project Management for improvements and leverage of operative processes. • Assessment, support and follow up of productivities on international stations (remote monitoring) and local stations (on field). • SOP developments (Standard Operation Plan) to align Ops and new business opportunities. Some SOPs: o Logistic operations for import and export shipments. o Logistic chain operative alignment for Air freight shipments (+5.000 Kg). o Logistic chain operative alignment for e-commerce business (import and export). o Planning of peak seasons. (Chilean Seeds exportation) • Manage of quality tools "Quality Driven Management" what includes Lean, Six Sigma, TIM WOODS, ABLE. • Analysis and development of Ops Business Plan in accorance with historical data. Goals: • Creation of executive dashboard to control productivity on Andean and South Cone Region, being exported and replied in Mexico, Costa Rica and implemented in Chile Domestic market by Fedex International integration plan. Impacting in better use of hours, resources, reliability and service.
• Improvement on import shipments flowrate in 46%, increasing from 12 to 18 pkgs/min, reducing stops in 65%.
• Reduction in deliveries without payment from consignees from 9.6 to 3.2 (-67%) daily shipments, reducing losts of 30 KUSD in period 21 vs 22, by implementation of technological solution.
• New alternative air routes opening new business opportunities with potential of 98.6 KUSD yearly.
