With the development of the department, took over the coordination of two analysts and the process of expanding the work fronts, including digital marketing projects (web and intranet), media (press releases, shielding, containment) and market intelligence (monitoring, panel of industry trends and analysis). Budget management, SWOT analysis, BCG and management reporting activities are also performed.
