Oct. 2020Paris• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 10 experts to deliver data-driven insights that drive decision- making to achieve business goals and enhancing customer experience. • Conceptualize, build, manage and maintain centralized tools (including dashboards) that the stakeholders and Analytics teams can use to extract data / insights for daily business management in an automated manner. • Perform feature and ad hoc analysis using data analytics, customer feedback data and communicate key insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to help teams stay agile and data-driven.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize user experience and conversion rates (i.g revenue, leads, engagement) with over 60 experiences per year which 25% leads to scaling. • Lead the tagging strategy for the Apps and FDJ Website, overseeing tracking governance, collaborating with development teams, and administering our technical stack.
