Profit and loss responsibilities on a $20m revenue and up to $6m cost base. Achievements: - Led significant change agenda: reformed communications, implemented five year funding strategy, delivered significant efficiency gains, increased revenue, led major new infrastructure programs for tourism and improved capability across the team. - Increased revenue, broadened fundraising portfolio: Led new five year strategy, increasing fundraising revenue to $23m by 2023 (+58%). This includes investment injection into new programs and capability. Board approved, year one achieved +17% net revenue, by year five the plan exceeded target by $32m cumulatively. Gross and net revenue targets exceeded, despite Covid19 imnpact. - Built new social enterprise from the ground up: led the development of tourism centres to significantly increase visitor traffic and engagement from around 10,000 to over 70,000 people annually, adding net revenue to clinical service streams. The first purpose-built centre in Dubbo opened September 2019. -Revitalised communications: reformed the communications team to better support organisational direction. Oversee internal/external communications and government relations. I managed major crisis with two significant plane incidents in one day. - Digital transformation: introduced dedicated digital team that builds organisational capability, generates revenue and delivers efficiency gains. - Process improvement: led organisational project to deliver value through process efficiency. To date, delivered significant savings through merchandise fulfilment, donation processing and document approval processes.
